Let's keep our park beautiful!

This is a private park for Horseshoe Falls Estates POA Members/Residents, and is the ONLY community access to the Guadalupe River in our community.  Please do not trespass on homeowners' property for entering/exiting the river.  

Vehicles Parked at the Victoria David Park or the community pavilion, including golf carts, etc., are REQUIRED to have a current HSFEPOA WINDOW STICKER or GUEST PLACARD which are issued to property owners ONLY and must be signed for.  Please make sure your guests have a placard if parking by the river (we'd hate for their vehicle to be towed).  

Residents are welcome to enjoy the park and make use of the picnic tables and grills.  Remember to bring a trash bag with you.  All personal waste should be picked up and disposed of properly.  We do not have public waste receptacles as this is not a city park. 

PET WASTE - Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pet.  We love seeing our neighbors out walking their furry family members, but don't enjoy accidentally stepping in what they've left behind.  It's not only unsightly and can ruin someone's day, pet waste can carry/transmit disease (such as parvovirus) even if your pet is perfectly healthy.

PAVILION USE AND RENTAL

The community pavilion is for POA members/residents use only.  There is a fee of $35 for reserving the pavilion with a $50 refundable damage deposit.  You are responsible for cleaning and leaving the pavilion in the same (or better) condition than you found it.  Don't forget to bring trash bag(s).  A cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed if not cleaned properly.
