Architectural Control (ACC)
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE (ACC)
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for the Horseshoe Falls Estates Property Owners' Association (HSFEPOA) is charged with maintaining community standards on behalf of all homeowners. The governing documents for our property owners are part of the deed restrictions agreed at closing on purchase of the property. These documents establish the ACC and empower the committee to create reasonable enforcement guidelines for the community, i.e. in keeping with the general architectural harmony of the other structures in the subdivision, as approved in writing by the ACC..
The ACC is solely responsible for decisions with regards to requests.

3. Dimensions (length, width and height)
4. Detailed list of building materials
